What age is the best age for baby massage classes? The most common question I get asked.
There is no age limit on starting baby massage. However, if your baby has any medical issues, diagnosis, special requirements or are on any precautions or medication let me know before starting the classes so I can make the necessary adaptations for your baby’s needs. I always say the earlier the better❤️ Starting early has many many many advantages. But remember you need to be ready to take in the information too. So take your time and start the classes when you feel ready and up to it. 👶0-8 week olds tend to sleep for most of the class which is fine, you have the tools to use at home as and when they are happy to engage. 1️⃣2️⃣12 weeks plus are pretty interactive and you get all the chats during the massage class ❤️ 🦀The crawlers are busy busy busy exploring their environment and they don’t tend to tolerate much of a massage before they are on the move again, but we adapt to suit their needs. As with the tiny newborns, you have the tools to use at home as and when. Never too young never too old and once you learn the tools you will use it well on into their school years.
